Shiatsu
A Japanese massage technique that uses pressure, kneading, tapping and stretching to treat the body. The objective is to restore harmony in the body, promoting balance between mind and body.

Swedish massage
A Technique that promotes relaxation as well mind rest. The benefits combine increased blood circulation, mental and physical relaxation, decreased stress, muscle tension and improving range of motion.

Hot Stone
Used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
